Female Telecaller cum Office Operations Executive

As a Telecaller, your primary responsibilities will include making daily outbound calls to potential clients/customers, providing detailed explanations about products/services, addressing customer inquiries, maintaining call logs, and managing follow-up lists to effectively convert leads into promising business opportunities. In the realm of Office Operations, you will be entrusted with overseeing day-to-day administrative duties, organizing files, maintaining records and documentation, managing emails, phone calls, and other basic office correspondence, liaising with various departments to ensure seamless workflow, and supporting tasks such as data entry, report generation, and database management. To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication skills in Hindi along with basic proficiency in English, be adept in MS Office applications like Word, Excel, and Email handling, exhibit a polite, confident, and positive demeanor, demonstrate the ability to multitask efficiently and manage time effectively, and have a foundational understanding of office equipment such as printers and scanners. The ideal candidate for this position would be a minimum of 12th pass or a Graduate, with prior experience in telecalling for at least 2 years and operations management. The workdays for this role are from Monday to Saturday, with working hours being from 9 AM to 5 PM, encompassing day and morning shifts. This is a full-time, permanent role suitable for fresher candidates as well. In addition to the base compensation, there are provisions for performance bonuses and yearly bonuses based on achievements and contributions.
