Female Tele-Sales Trainee

We are Growth Dots, a digital marketing agency based in Kolkata. We are hiring Female Tele-Sales Interns for a 2-month internship program. This role is suitable for freshers who are looking to gain experience in sales and client communication.

Selected candidates will receive training and support. After the internship, high-performing interns will be offered a full-time role with a higher salary + incentives.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.
• Explain digital marketing services clearly.
• Fix appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain call and follow-up records.
• Confirm meetings via phone/WhatsApp.

Requirements

• Only Female Candidates may apply.
• Good communication in Bengali + Hindi/English.
• Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing & tele-sales preferred.
• Smartphone/Laptop with internet.
• Positive attitude & willingness to learn.

Internship Details

• Duration: 2 Months
• Mode: Work From Home
• Timings: 10 AM – 6 PM (Mon–Fri)
• Training: 3 Days online training provided
