Responsibilities include academic advising, career counseling, and promoting student well-being. They also collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to create a supportive environment for students. Key Responsibilities:

• Academic Counseling:Assisting students with course selection, academic planning, and navigating educational systems.
• Career Counseling:Guiding students in exploring career options, developing job search skills, and preparing for college or vocational programs.
• Personal and Social Development:Addressing student's emotional and social well-being, providing guidance on conflict resolution, and promoting positive behavior.
• Collaboration:Working with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student success.
• Referral Services:Identifying students who need specialized support and connecting them with appropriate resources.
• Record Keeping:Maintaining confidential student records and tracking progress.
• Program Development:Creating and implementing counseling programs and workshops.
• Advocacy:Representing student needs and promoting their well-being within the school community.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
