Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Female Showroom Associate to join our team for our Bajaj, KTM, and Triumph showrooms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming customers, assisting with product inquiries, providing detailed information on motorcycles and accessories, and ensuring a smooth and engaging showroom experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet walk-in customers and guide them through the showroom.
• Understand and explain key features, specifications, and pricing of Bajaj, KTM & Triumph motorcycles.
• Assist customers in product selection based on their needs and preferences.
• Handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and showroom visits.
• Maintain proper display and cleanliness of showroom vehicles and merchandise.
• Coordinate with the sales team and CRM for smooth booking and delivery processes.
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10+2 or Graduation.
• Presentable with good communication skills in English, Hindi & Bengali.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office.
• Prior experience in automotive retail or customer service preferred.
• Passionate about two-wheelers and customer engagement.
