Lead Generation: Place promotional materials (flyers, drop boxes) in clinics, follow up on referrals, and visit relevant centers to find new clients.
Client Education & Counseling: Counsel expectant parents, provide presentations on stem cell preservation, answer questions, and guide them through the enrollment process.
Sales & Conversion: Convert leads into clients by enrolling them, managing paperwork, collecting payments, and ensuring smooth service delivery.
Relationship Management: Maintain high customer satisfaction and build long-term trust with clients and healthcare professionals.
Doctor & Hospital Engagement: Meet with gynecologists and hospital staff to explain stem cell benefits and generate leads.
Promoting Services: Educating on cord blood banking and other new company offerings.
