Role Overview We are seeking a confident, professional, and customer-oriented Female Sales Representative to manage walk-ins, follow up with leads, handle client queries, and support overall sales operations for our real estate projects in Vrindavan. The candidate will play a key role in guiding buyers through site visits, explaining project features, and converting inquiries into bookings. --- Key Responsibilities 1. Customer Interaction & Lead Management Attend walk-ins at the sales office and provide complete project information. Make outbound calls to follow up with leads generated from marketing campaigns. Maintain and update CRM / lead register daily. Understand customer needs and suggest suitable units. 2. Sales Presentation Present project features, pricing, payment plans, amenities, and other highlights clearly. Conduct site visits with clients and address their questions professionally. Build a strong relationship with customers to ensure trust and smooth conversion. 3. Booking & Documentation Assist clients during booking formalities, documentation, and payment procedures. Coordinate with the back-office team for agreements, allotment letters, and receipts. Ensure transparency and accuracy in all communication with clients. 4. Marketing & Coordination Coordinate with the marketing team to generate quality leads. Participate in promotional activities, events, and exhibitions when required. Provide customer feedback and market insights to management. 5. After-Sales Support Maintain long-term relations with customers. Assist buyers with queries related to possession, NOC, bank loan procedures, etc. Ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
