Female Sales executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom.
• Explain product features, quality, and pricing to customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales promotions, policies, and exchange/return procedures.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
• Keep track of inventory and ensure product displays are attractive.
• Prepare daily sales reports and update customer databases.

Requirements:

• Graduate / 12th pass with relevant experience in sales.
• Previous experience in retail / jewellery / luxury products preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, POS systems).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
