Job Description

We are a growing video production and digital marketing agency looking for a female Sales Coordinator to support our sales and marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be organized, and have prior experience in handling client coordination and follow-ups.

This role involves coordinating with prospects, scheduling meetings for the sales team, and maintaining consistent communication with potential clients.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Contact potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, or LinkedIn.
• Schedule meetings between prospects and the sales team.
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
• Update lead records using MS Office or CRM software.
• Ensure timely coordination and smooth flow of communication.
• Understand the basics of digital marketing and align with company goals.

Required Candidate Profile

• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in sales coordination, telecalling, or customer service.
• Education: Graduate in any discipline.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in MS Office and WhatsApp Web.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English preferred).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Dedicated, soft-spoken, and well-organized.
• Experience in digital marketing, advertising, or media industry will be an added advantage.
