Female Room Booking Admin

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented **Female Room Booking Executive** to manage incoming leads, handle booking requests, and ensure a smooth reservation process for our guests. The ideal candidate will be friendly, organized, and able to respond quickly to customer inquiries.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Respond promptly to incoming booking leads via phone, email, WhatsApp, and online platforms.

* Provide accurate information about room availability, pricing, facilities, and policies.

* Maintain and update booking records in the system.

* Follow up with potential customers to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

* Coordinate with housekeeping and front desk teams to ensure smooth check-in/check-out.

* Handle guest queries and resolve issues in a professional manner.

* Prepare daily/weekly booking reports for management review.

**Requirements:**

* Female candidate, preferably aged \[your preference, if any].

* Minimum qualification: \[12th Pass / Graduate – as per your requirement].

* Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or booking management is preferred.

* Good communication skills in English and local language.

* Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, booking software).

* Positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
