Edify School, Mahabubnagar is looking for a polite, presentable, and efficient Female Front Office Executive to manage the school’s front desk operations and ensure a positive first impression for parents, students, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet parents, students, and visitors courteously at the front desk
• Handle incoming calls, enquiries, and walk-ins professionally
• Provide accurate information about school admissions, timings, and policies
• Maintain visitor registers and front office records
• Coordinate with admission, academic, and administrative teams
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Support administrative tasks as required

Eligibility Criteria:

• Gender: Female
• Education: Any Graduation
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience (School front office experience preferred)
• Skills Required:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
