Business & Operations Management
Manage day-to-day gym operations including scheduling, member services, and staff coordination.
Oversee membership sales, renewals, and customer relationship management.
Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for smooth functioning.
Handle vendor coordination, stock, and facility maintenance.
Track revenue, expenses, and report business performance to management.
Marketing & Growth
Support in executing local marketing campaigns and community engagement.
Assist in creating social media presence and online promotions.
Organize workshops, demo classes, and special programs for member retention.

* Experience in business management or gym operations preferred.
