About the Role

We are seeking a highly dependable Executive Assistant to provide direct support to our Team. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle patients, information with the utmost confidentiality. This role goes beyond traditional executive support and includes managing OPD schedules, coordinating patient follow-ups, organizing patient admissions to directed hospitals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, calls, and travel.
• Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
• Act as a liaison between executives, staff, and external stakeholders.
• Screen and manage emails, calls, and requests with professionalism.
• Assist in project tracking, data collection, and deadline management.
• Maintain confidential medical and financial records, documents, and filing systems.
• Provide general administrative support and handle ad hoc tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science (B.Sc.) minimum with added valuation for MSc , Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years job experience with a science graduation are welcome
• Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital scheduling tools with present workability.
• Excellent trilingual (English, Bengali, Hindi) communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under time pressure.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Burdwan, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Application Question(s):

• Ability to travel to different Chambers and Hospitals with the female Cardiologist to maintain patient records and to provide patient counselling
• Added preferance in being able to commute with own transport scotty or byke (at office cost) for official work including assistance in hospital admission of prescribed patients
