Job Summary:

The Female Duty Doctor is responsible for providing medical care and supervision during her assigned shifts, including monitoring patients, managing emergencies, ensuring smooth handover between shifts, and supporting other healthcare professionals. She plays a key role in ensuring high-quality patient care in both outpatient and inpatient settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend to OP/IP patients, assess their condition, and provide necessary medical care.
• Monitor and manage admitted patients and escalate cases to senior consultants as needed.
• Respond to medical emergencies promptly and manage them per protocol.
• Document all clinical findings, treatments, and patient updates in medical records accurately.
• Coordinate with nurses, lab technicians, and specialists for comprehensive patient care.
• Handle patient admissions, discharges, and transfers during her duty.
• Perform routine rounds in wards.
• Ensure proper handover of patient details and treatment plans at the end of each shift.
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in patient care.
• Provide counseling and information to patients and their families as needed.
• Comply with hospital policies, infection control protocols, and clinical guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

• MBBS from a recognized institution (valid registration with Medical Council).
• 0–3 years of clinical experience preferred (freshers may be considered).
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night duty and weekends.
• Good clinical judgment and emergency management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
