Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to promote our brand, engage with our target audience, and drive online sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Strategy Development:
  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance based on data analysis.
  • Content Creation and Management:
  • Create engaging and high-quality content for social media, website, blog, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and engagement.
  • SEO and Website Management:
  • Optimize website content and landing pages for search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior using tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Collaborate with the web development team to enhance user experience and increase online conversions.
  • Email Marketing:
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive sales.
  • Create compelling email content, manage subscriber lists, and analyze campaign performance.
  • Paid Advertising:
  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant networks.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of paid campaigns, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting:
  • Track and measure the performance of all digital marketing activities, providing regular reports to management.
  • Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaboration and Coordination:
  • Work closely with the sales, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors when necessary.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
