Female Centre Manager for Berhampore - George Kids School

You will be responsible for handling PreSchool/Kids School or Montessori Administration, including team management, student servicing, and operations. Your duties will also involve monitoring batch occupancy, coordinating with regional teams, and developing product-wise marketing plans. Additionally, you will drive Marketing and Business Development in the assigned territory to meet revenue targets. As part of your role, you will manage ATL, BTL, and Institutional Sales functions, strengthen the company's market presence, and implement marketing strategies for organizational promotion. It will be essential to network with Institutions, key decision makers, and student bodies to generate walk-ins and promote test prep products/services to increase revenue. Moreover, you will establish and maintain the company's presence in target markets by building relationships with various educational institutions, associations, clubs, and industry associations. Your skills in Marketing Management & Branding, Communication, Planning, Team Management, and School Administration will be crucial for this role. This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary range of 20K-25K (Negotiable). The ideal candidate should be a graduate with 3-6 years of relevant experience.
