As an experienced and highly motivated Video Team Manager at 1XL, you will lead and manage our video production team. Your responsibilities will include overseeing video production processes, ensuring high-quality content output, and coordinating with different departments to meet the company's content goals. Lead, Manage, and Mentor the Video Production Team: Guide, support, and provide feedback to the video production team to ensure high standards of creativity and technical execution. Foster a positive, collaborative environment for optimal team performance. Oversee End-to-End Video Production: Handle all aspects of video production, from ideation, scripting, shooting, editing, to final delivery. Ensure all videos are high-quality, on-brand, and meet the company's objectives. Manage Multiple Channels: Oversee the production of content for multiple platforms and channels like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc. Tailor video content to meet specific platform requirements, ensuring each video engages its target audience effectively. Engaging Content: Focus on creating engaging and visually compelling videos that captivate audiences. Ensure videos are not only creative but also maintain viewer interest throughout, optimizing for maximum engagement. Manage Files with Proper Naming Conventions: Organize video files, raw footage, and final content using a consistent and efficient naming system. Ensure easy accessibility and retrieval of files for future reference or revisions. Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with the marketing, creative, and content teams to understand project goals and vision. Ensure the video content aligns with the brand message, marketing campaigns, and company objectives. Timely Delivery and Budget Management: Ensure the video production team meets deadlines and stays within allocated budgets for projects. Handle resource allocation efficiently to manage both time and cost without compromising on video quality. Feedback and Improvement: Provide constructive feedback to camera operators, videographers, video editors, and other team members. Ensure feedback is clear, actionable, and delivered in a manner that encourages improvement. Track progress based on feedback and adjust strategies for future projects. Quality Control and Review: Review all video drafts and final cuts, providing feedback on creative direction, technical execution, and overall storytelling. Ensure the content meets company standards before final approval and release. Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Continuously research emerging video production trends, tools, and technologies. Incorporate new techniques to improve production value and keep content fresh and innovative. CTC Range: 50,000 - 70,000 per month Experience Required: 7-8 years Office Location: Pimple Nilakh, Vishal Nagar, Pune Feedback Process: Provide regular and constructive feedback to the camera operators, videographers, video editing team, and other key production team members. Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate the performance of the team and identify areas for improvement. Provide clear, actionable feedback on aspects such as video composition, technical execution, pacing, sound quality, and overall content quality. Ensure that feedback is delivered in a constructive, positive, and supportive manner, fostering continuous improvement within the team. Track feedback progress and ensure implementation in future projects. Work closely with the team to ensure any challenges faced during production are addressed through feedback loops to enhance team performance. As a Quality Assurance Coordinator at Assurant, India, you will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating end-to-end claim and service activities conducted by Operations to ensure high-quality results, adherence to processes and procedures, and positive customer experiences. Your role will involve providing quality reporting and analysis to management for the continuous development of their teams and engaging in process improvement initiatives across functional areas. Located in Navi Mumbai at our India office, this position requires you to work 5 days a week in a general shift from the office. Your main duties and responsibilities will include partnering with cross-functional teams to gain proficient knowledge of clients, products, and services, conducting monthly quality evaluations for completed claim/service events, measuring team member quality and adherence based on program and process documentation, and providing reporting and analytics on team member performance. Additionally, you will collaborate with managers and cross-functional teams to identify trends and inefficiencies, recommend areas for process improvement, maintain audit/evaluation logs, serve as secondary quality oversight for the Call Center, offer coaching and support to operational team members, escalate compliance violations or fraudulent activities, align team members with quality standards, support ongoing quality initiatives, assist in training new quality team members, and handle other duties as assigned by Leadership. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, a minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance or audit roles for operational teams, strong verbal and written communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, expert problem-solving skills, the ability to recognize and recommend improvement areas, effective communication and influencing skills, understanding of financials and performance metrics, capability to work in a fast-paced environment meeting tight deadlines, and proficiency in working with a diverse range of leaders and management.
