As an ideal candidate for this position, you will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end employee onboarding and exit processes. You will play a crucial role in managing employee queries and providing support for HR-related concerns. Additionally, you will be actively involved in supporting employee engagement activities and retention initiatives. Ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies will be a key aspect of your role. You will also assist in performance appraisal cycles and feedback documentations. We are looking for immediate joiners who are flexible with shift timings, including night shifts preferably. The location of the job is in Mohali, and the preferred experience range is between 3 to 8 years. The salary offered is competitive and considered as the best in the industry.
