Ensure consistent product quality as per QC Norms Plan shutdown jobs like chamber inspection, grinding media top-up, bag cleaning, jali fixing, etc. Maintain required product fineness (Blaine) and residue as per quality standards Prepare daily production reports (TPH, power consumption, downtime Analytical and problem-solving skills. Basic computer skills (Excel, SAP, DCS operation Analytical and problem-solving skills Coordinate with mechanical & electrical teams for preventive and breakdown maintenance.
