Safety & Quality Assurance: o Ensure all engineering activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations. o Implement and enforce a robust quality assurance program, ensuring all work meets required technical standards. o Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and inspections throughout the project lifecycle. 6. Stakeholder Management & Reporting: o Maintain regular communication with senior management, project stakeholders, and clients to provide updates on project status, key challenges, and solutions. o Prepare and deliver detailed progress reports, cost reports, and presentations for executive teams. o Ensure alignment with stakeholders' expectations, including project goals and scope changes. 7.
