The Reference Data Analyst, Associate position based in Bangalore, India involves supporting the Reconciliation Transformation Program as a project lead/business analyst. The role focuses on continuous improvement within CB&S-GTO by building and on-boarding reconciliations onto strategic recon platforms. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will collaborate within the information Transformation group, contributing to report generation and data analysis using database management software/tools across various platforms. Your responsibilities will include developing automated reports, analytical and management reports, and data definitions in multiple computing environments. You will be expected to acquire technical expertise in data mining and report development methodologies to ensure deliverables meet the needs of both internal and external business customers. Managing escalations, ensuring timely resolutions, planning and mitigating risks will also be part of your role.
