Department : Avicare Sales (Poultry) Job Title : Zonal Manager - East Zone Required Experience : A veterinarian with Techno-commercial expertise, preferably a BVSc /M.V.Sc 7-8 years of experience in a Zonal Leadership role, ideally within the poultry or feed additive industry. Overview : The Zonal Manager - East Zone is responsible for leading the East Zone operations including West Bengal, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, and Orissa. As a People Manager by handling 5-6 team members with a strong Techno-Commercial background, the role entails Key Account Management with a focus on meeting and surpassing sales budgets, nurturing long-term business relationships, and aligning with the overarching objectives of Avicare and Natural Remedies. Principal Accountabilities : Sales Achievements: Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales budgets in assigned poultry HQs across the East Zone. Techno-Commercial Support: Provide direct reports and key clients with Techno-commercial expertise, positioning Natural Remedies as a preferred solution provider in the region. Team Building & Management: Foster a high-performing team culture, recruit and develop talent, and create an environment that promotes engagement and accountability. Receivables Management: Ensure timely collection of receivables and manage financial processes in alignment with company standards. Strategic Execution: Act as a liaison between corporate and the East Zone team, ensuring the effective execution of organizational strategies within the region. Consultant & Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Management: Develop and sustain strong relationships with key consultants and opinion leaders to enhance Natural Remedies' market presence and influence. Required Skills & Knowledge Team Building & Management: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop teams to achieve ambitious targets. Project Management: Skilled in organizing, executing, and overseeing projects that drive business objectives by utilizing efficient project management tools like SFDC. Techno-Commercial Acumen : Strong understanding of phytogenic feed additives and the ability to communicate their value-driven benefits persuasively to customers/influencers. Influencing Ability: Demonstrated capability to build and maintain trust with both internal and external customers, fostering collaboration and alignment.
