The role involves handling customer queries, support requests, and operational tasks via email, chat, or other digital communication channels rather than phone calls. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer queries through emails, chat, and other digital platforms in a professional and timely manner. Resolve issues related to orders, accounts, services, or products following defined SOPs. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback. Coordinate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. Ensure adherence to quality standards and response timelines. Generate reports and provide insights on customer trends and process improvements. Skills & Qualifications: Minimum [10+2 / Graduation] in any discipline. Excellent written communication skills in English (and other languages if required). Good typing speed (30–40 WPM or as per requirement). Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
