Customer coordination: Act as single point of contact for Exports customers, addressing their enquiries, coordinating with different departments/ functions for taking the enquiry forward. Backend team collaboration: Work closely with backend/ internal teams such as engineering, NPD, Operations, Quality, logistics for smooth & timely responses to customer. Technical Discussions: Developing strong understanding of the technical aspect of Filtration products so that he/she would be actively participating in discussions with customer & with internal teams.
