As a CAE Engineer / Analyst, you will be responsible for Crash CAE Simulation & Evaluation. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting full vehicle simulation using LS-DYNA software, interpreting results using tools like LS-Pre Post, Hyperview, and Hyper Graph, and preparing detailed reports. You will also be expected to correlate simulation results with physical tests, improve CAE methodology, and develop and deploy machine learning models for predictive CAE simulations and structural optimization. Additionally, part of your role will involve integrating AI algorithms into CAE tools to automate simulation workflows, analyzing large-scale simulation and sensor data to enhance model accuracy, and collaborating with simulation teams to embed AI into vehicle development processes. To excel in this position, you should have knowledge of AIS Safety Regulations and NCAP protocols, experience in model builds and system-level/full vehicle simulations, and a background in automotive crash and occupant safety simulations. You must also possess strong programming skills in Python and hands-on experience with ML frameworks like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch. Moreover, your competency in debugging models for LS-DYNA environment, interpreting FEA results, and preparing comprehensive analysis reports with countermeasure proposals will be crucial. Exposure to physical test procedures and the ability to understand physical test results will be an advantage. In terms of behavioral traits, you should demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
