Role & Responsibilities FEA Modeling: Perform FEA modeling using HyperMesh for structural components. Analysis: Conduct modal and static analysis for relevant load cases on assigned parts. Dynamic / Durability Analysis: Collaborate with CAE teams to perform dynamic and durability studies for performance validation. 3D Layout & Interface Checks: Ensure proper fitment by performing 3D layout and interface checks with surrounding parts; identify and highlight clearance or interference issues. Design for Manufacturing (DFM): Ensure all part designs comply with DFM principles and are optimized for manufacturing feasibility.
