Prepare solutions/ calculations based on the inputs given and guidance from seniors. Perform structural analysis, dynamic analysis, and fatigue analysis using Ansys software. Can fluently work on spaceclaim tool for editing and modification of model in ANSYS software Capable on working in almost all aspects of 1D/2D/3D CAD modeling including mechanical components and Structural analysis Carry out basic engineering calculations to validate FEA results. To read codes and standards and apply corresponding Code provisions to the FE Models . To interpret FEA Results. To prepare an understandable Structural calculations report. Accepting complete ownership of the task assigned and providing quality output on time Lead a team of junior FEA Engineers and guide them towards executing FEA tasks. Coordinate with the client for project delivery, technical discussions etc. Eligibility Criteria - Experience - 5 yrs to 8 yrs (Pressure Vessels/Oil and Gas/ ASME experience is must) Education - B.E. Mechanical / M.E. / M. Tech Software Tools - Ansys Workbench/ Ansys Spaceclaim Skills - Basic Structural calculations. Strong Engineering Basics, Result Interpretation & Report Writing

FEA - Ansys Workbench Should have good understanding about FEA theory engineering fundamentals. Preferably from a well known institute. Sound experience in various types of FEA: Linear, Non-linear, Dynamic (Modal / Harmonic / PSD), Thermal (Steady state / Transient) Good skillsets in FEA tools (ANSYS and ANSYS-Workbench preferred, Exposure to APDL will be advantage).
