FE Engineer

Role Overview: You will be a Finite Element Engineer at R&I Park, IIT Delhi, working on developing in-house FEM codes, custom solvers, and physics-based digital twin models for real-world engineering systems. Your main responsibilities will involve formulating mass, stiffness, and damping matrices, implementing element matrices, assembling global matrices, preparing technical documentation, and developing physics-based digital twin models. Key Responsibilities: - Develop FEM code by formulating mass, stiffness, and damping matrices. - Implement element matrices and assemble global matrices to build custom solvers. - Prepare clear and structured technical documentation. - Develop physics-based digital twin models using FEM and simulation data. Qualifications Required: - Sound knowledge of FEM (structural/thermal). - Solid understanding of Solid Mechanics. - Proficiency in MATLAB and/or Python. - Background in Linear Algebra and numerical methods. - Working knowledge of ANSYS for validation.
