Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Conducting extreme load and fatigue analysis to assess structural integrity and lifespan of turbine components- Performing linear and non-linear FEA on critical components- Leading system-level analysis of Nacelle and Hub assemblies, including bearing modeling- Executing spherical roller bearing analysis using the slicing method per ISO 16281- Modeling and analyzing non-linear materials such as rubber dampers for gearboxes and generators- Evaluating castings, forgings, and welded components in compliance with IECRE OD 501 certification standards- Performing buckling analysis for structural stability- Mentoring junior engineers and fostering technical growth within the team- Planning and aligning FEA tasks with business objectives and timelines
