You are a highly skilled Hyperion Planning & Essbase Developer with expertise in Business Intelligence (BI), Data Warehousing, and Enterprise Performance Management. Your role involves leading and supporting end-to-end implementations of Hyperion Planning and Essbase applications. You will design and develop Essbase applications, build application architecture and metadata, create Planning Forms and Data Load Rules, and configure security within the Hyperion environment. Additionally, you will perform FDMEE integration for data loads and automation, write and maintain data load rules, calc scripts, and business rules, and develop and execute test schedules and integration testing. You are required to have at least 5 years of experience in BI/Data Warehousing with a strong focus on the Oracle Hyperion suite. Your hands-on experience should include Essbase (ASO/BSO) and scripting, Hyperion Planning, HFR, Smart View, metadata development, form creation, and report development. You should also have a solid understanding of financial processes such as budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Experience in writing functional test scenarios, leading UAT cycles, working with clients and senior executives, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role. Possessing Oracle Hyperion Planning & Essbase certification is considered a plus.
