Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect located in Chennai. The Architect will be responsible for designing and planning innovative and functional spaces, coordinating with clients to understand their vision and requirements, creating architectural designs that balance aesthetics and functionality, and managing projects from inception to completion. Day-to-day tasks include developing architectural plans, overseeing construction activities to ensure precision and quality, integrating sustainable practices into designs, and collaborating with other professionals to ensure seamless project execution. Qualifications Strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design Project Management experience to oversee projects from concept to completion Proficiency in Software Development and Integration related to architectural design tools Experience in sustainable design practices is beneficial Excellent communication and client-interaction skills Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field is preferred
