Role Purpose: To perform regular preventive and corrective maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) at client facilities, ensuring optimal system performance and a safe, comfortable environment within managed properties. Key Responsibilities: • HVAC System Maintenance Carry out preventive maintenance and corrective repair work on all HVAC systems including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV units, split ACs, and ventilation systems . Ensure routine servicing of air filters, belts, and motors, and check refrigerant levels. Diagnose operational issues, identify faults, and perform necessary repairs or part replacements. Installation & Commissioning Assist in the installation, setup, and commissioning of new HVAC equipment as per design standards. Ensure systems are calibrated and tested for optimal performance before handover. Monitoring & Troubleshooting Monitor temperature controls, pressure gauges, and system logs to detect malfunctions.
