Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on QC Manager to oversee quality functions across Incoming Quality Control (IQC), Process Quality Control (PQC), and Final Quality Control (FQC) for our SMT plant (two SMT lines). This role combines managerial responsibility with direct technical involvement in inspections, troubleshooting, and equipment operation.
