Role & responsibilities 1. SMT Line Management: Operate and monitor SMT machines used for mounting LED components. Set up feeders, program machines, and optimize cycle times for efficient surface mounting . Conduct first article inspection (FAI) and ensure solder paste printing, component placement, and reflow profiles are within tolerance. Troubleshoot common issues. 2. ICT (In-Circuit Test) Oversight: Supervise the testing of PCBs using ICT jigs and equipment. Ensure correct detection of short circuits, open circuits, component failures, or wrong placement.
