We are looking for a Functional Consultant with strong experience in FLEXCUBE Retail (FCR) Loans module. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in parameterization and functional workflows related to retail lending in a core banking environment. Key Responsibilities : Handle complete parameterization of the FCR Loans module . Guide the bank team on loan product setup and configurations. Support UAT, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth rollout. Collaborate with business and tech teams to align functionality with requirements. Requirements : Strong functional knowledge of FLEXCUBE Retail Loans (FCR) . Hands-on experience in system configuration and core banking implementations. Good understanding of retail loan lifecycle disbursement, repayment, interest, etc. 3-5 years of relevant experience in similar roles.
