About the Role: Swift Cargo is looking for dynamic and result driven professionals to join our team as Sr. Manager-Sales. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue across our sea and air freight services. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in LCL, FCL, and Air Freight verticals. Engage with shippers, forwarders, and CHAs to generate leads and grow the customer base. Conduct regular client meetings (onsite and virtual) to promote the company's full suite of logistics services. Provide competitive pricing and secure bookings for international shipments. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets set by management. Collaborate with internal departments for seamless shipment execution. Ensure timely follow-up for payment collections. Deep knowledge of FCL, LCL, customs clearance, and international logistics. Proven ability to lead teams and manage P&L. Excellent communication, client engagement, and negotiation skills. Key Expectations: Sales Target: Generate a minimum of 3x revenue of total CTC. Client Acquisition: Actively expand client portfolio and nurture key accounts. Industry Knowledge: Stay current with freight rates, regulations, and global logistics trends. Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with pricing, operations, and documentation teams. Reporting: Deliver timely and accurate business reports to management
