Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for Vessel Operations at FC Agrawal Coal Pvt Ltd. The Vessel Operations role involves managing daily vessel operations, coordinating with shipping agencies, ensuring timely coal deliveries, and overseeing loading and unloading processes. The role also includes maintaining compliance with safety regulations, monitoring inventory levels, and liaising with clients and suppliers. Additional responsibilities involve ensuring operational efficiency and meeting project deadlines. Qualifications Analytical Skills for assessing operational performance and solving problems Strong Communication skills for interacting with clients, suppliers, and team members Experience in Sales to manage client relationships and coal trading Operations Management and Project Management skills to oversee vessel operations and ensure project completion Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site environment Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Maritime Studies, Business Administration, or related field is preferred Experience in the coal industry or maritime operations is beneficial
