We are looking for an experienced and proactive IT Readiness Lead with 7+ years of experience in supporting Oracle ERP Cloud implementation projects, particularly focused on migration, deployment, and cutover readiness. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all IT systems, infrastructure, environments, and support processes are prepared for successful ERP Cloud deployment and go-live. This role plays a critical part in the final stages of Oracle ERP Cloud projects, working closely with functional leads, technical teams, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to coordinate cutover planning, data migration, environment readiness, and support transition activities. The IT Readiness Lead ensures that all aspects of technology operations are aligned and ready to support the new ERP platform at go-live and beyond. Key Responsibilities: Lead IT readiness activities for Oracle ERP Cloud go-lives including environment validation, cutover planning, and execution. Coordinate data migration efforts, including strategy definition, mock runs, validation, and sign-offs. Develop and execute detailed IT readiness checklists, plans, and risk mitigation strategies. Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to ensure all pre-deployment configurations are complete. Oversee the deployment timeline, identify dependencies, and manage issue resolution during cutover. Work with the business and support teams to ensure helpdesk readiness and post-go-live support processes. Document lessons learned and provide input into future release readiness improvements. Required Skills and Qualifications: 7+ years of IT experience with at least 3+ years in Oracle ERP Cloud implementations. Strong experience in ERP data migration, system deployment, and IT cutover activities. Understanding of Oracle ERP Cloud architecture, environments, and update cycles. Experience with Oracle tools such as FBDI, HDL, ADFdi, and data validation practices. Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and cloud system readiness requirements. Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage complex timelines. Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills. Preferred Certifications: Oracle Cloud ERP Implementation Specialist (any relevant module) Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Foundations Certification ITIL Foundation Certification (preferred for service readiness) Certified Change or Deployment Manager (optional but beneficial) Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
