Honeywell Internal This is Sr Engineer position in PAS LOB under PMT-HPS for Industrial Safety Instrumented Systems - Verification & Validation Team. Candidate should have at least 4 - 8 years experience with a background in Instrumentation or Electronics or Electrical Engineering. Skills Required: Candidate is required to have Knowledge on Functional Safety in Process Industries and its applications. He /She should have a strong understanding of IEC61508, IEC61511, IEC 61131-2, IEC 61131-3, NFPA and FM Standards. He/She should have knowledge on ESD or F&G or High Integrity Pressure Protection Systems (HIPPS) or BMS Systems. He/She should preferably be TuV Certified for Functional Safety Engineer. He/She should have knowledge and hands on Experience on DCS Systems, its communication interfaces etc. The Candidate should have knowledge on the overall Engineering lifecycle of a Safety System. The Candidate should have experience in Project Engineering, Commissioning and Maintenance of Safety Instrumented Systems such as Honeywell Safety Manager, FSC, HIMA, Triconex, ABB Safety Systems. experience in FAT/SAT of Safety Systems is preferred. The Candidate should have a strong experience in programming of FBD and other languages described in IEC61131-3 standard.
