Taking orders: Taking orders from guests and ensuring they are served at the correct temperature and within the correct time frame
Preparing tables: Setting up tables and rooms for service, including arranging chairs and tables, setting up linen, and replenishing tables with essentialsProviding service: Serving food and drinks to guests and clearing tables when necessaryManaging guest queries: Handling guest complaints and queries in a timely and efficient mannerMaintaining cleanliness: Ensuring the restaurant areas are clean and well presented at all timesSupporting the kitchen: Supporting the kitchen staff as and when required and in accordance with hygiene and safety regulationsCommunicating: Communicating with customers and colleagues in a clear and professional mannerMaintaining standards: Ensuring adherence to quality expectations and standards
