Job Description

A restaurant captain's job involves supervising daily dining room operations, managing and training staff, and ensuring high guest satisfaction. They are responsible for tasks such as managing staff schedules, handling customer complaints, liaising between the kitchen and floor, and maintaining service quality and standards. Key responsibilities

  • Staff management: Supervise and coordinate dining room personnel, lead and train staff, and create duty rosters.
  • Guest services: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing guest requirements, handling complaints, and establishing rapport to build loyalty.
  • Operational oversight: Oversee daily operations, coordinate with the kitchen, and monitor the quality of food and beverage service.
  • Quality and control: Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), monitor inventory, and control costs.
  • Sales and planning: Participate in menu planning, introduce innovative sales ideas, and keep personnel briefed on menu items.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
