Job Description:

We are looking for dedicated and hard-working individuals to join our Kitchen Stewarding Team (KST) in the Food & Beverage Production department at Club Oxygen, Ooty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
• Wash utensils, cookware, and kitchen tools efficiently.
• Ensure proper waste disposal and maintain kitchen sanitation standards.
• Support the chefs and kitchen staff in their daily tasks.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies and ingredients.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in kitchen stewarding or housekeeping (preferred but not mandatory).
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and perform manual tasks.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Positive attitude, punctuality, and team spirit.
• Must be ready to join immediately.

Additional Information:

• Accommodation and food will only be provided for candidates from outside Ooty.
• Local candidates will not be eligible for food and accommodation.
• Only one round of interview will be conducted.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
