As an Assistant Resort Manager at Kaziranga National Park (Assam), you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the resort across various departments including F&B, Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Services. The ideal candidate for this position should have a background as an F&B Manager, Operations Manager, or Front Office Manager in reputable hotels, resorts, or restaurants. Candidates should be capable of managing multi-departmental resort operations and must be willing to live and work in remote, wildlife-rich locations. Candidates with prior experience in managing or assisting in the operations of wildlife resorts and those who understand the challenges of working in remote natural environments will be given preference.
