1) Food and Beverage (F&B) Cost Controller is responsible for managing and optimizing costs associated with food and beverage operation
2) Monitoring and controlling inventory levels of food and beverage items, conducting regular stock takes, and ensuring accurate stock levels.
3)Preparing and analyzing financial reports, including variance analysis, to identify trends and areas of concern.
4) Performing routine audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
