F&B Controller (Restaurant/ Hotel Background only)

Required for (International QSR Chain) With Minimum 3Years of Experience as F&B Controller.

Base Location: Delhi / NCR

• Daily & Weekly Sale Report to Management.
• Online Aggregates Sale, Orders, Rating & Costumer Feedback analysis & share presentation with Management.
• Data Analysis to find out the reason for Sale & Tickets & APC drop.
• Monthly inventory records for all food & beverage items in Outlets & Warehouse.
• Ensures that there are no overstock items.
• Recipe management for improvement of Food Cost.
• Making Comparison Actual vs. Ideal Consumption & analysis products consumption to improve stores efficiency.
• Investigates variances between food and beverage potentials and actual results, recommends corrective actions when necessary
• Suggest operation team increase sale by analysis report like menu mix, sale mix, and incidence report & menu engineer.
• Monitor slow moving stock items and highlight them on a timely basis, recommend methods and procedures to improve control of waste and losses within the outlets and to investigate reasons for spoilage and wastage.
• Stock audit schedule to be finalized as per company SOP, Complete inventory as per scheduled period, verifying the shrinkage reports and circulate the MIS to respective seniors.
• Day to day interaction with warehouse and outlets to solve their issue related to inventory & POS.
• Check and verify discount, voids & cancelled bill in the POS systems.
• Updating of Menu, Price & Deal updating in POS. Coordinate with (Software) team to make efficient reports in system.
• Rate, Sale Mix & Menu mix analysis from last month & last year.
• Surprise Cash and Stock audits for Outlets & Warehouse.
• Over Stock - Audits to be initiated at Outlets and Ware House {Twice In a Week}. Report to be circulated every Week.
• Monthly Sale & Cost presentation to management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
