We are seeking a creative individual to take charge of Bolas" digital storytelling on Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook. You will be responsible for generating ideas for Reels, collaborating with creators, managing the content calendar, and engaging with our online community. As the Social Media Strategist & Executor, your responsibilities will include overseeing and curating Bolas" content on Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook. You will be tasked with planning and organizing content calendars that align with product releases, campaigns, and seasonal themes. Additionally, you will be in charge of maintaining the brand's voice, aesthetic, and community interaction. In terms of Reels & Video Content, you will be expected to brainstorm, script, and direct short-form content that is both educational and engaging. Collaboration with video editors, photographers, and internal teams will be essential to bring these ideas to fruition. Furthermore, you will be required to introduce and experiment with new content formats to enhance organic reach. Your role will also involve working closely with influencers and creators to develop authentic content that resonates with our audience. Managing briefs, deadlines, and deliverables with these partners will be crucial. Leveraging user-generated content to enhance community storytelling will also be a part of your responsibilities. You will play a key role in building and maintaining the brand's voice across different platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging. Experimenting with various hooks, trends, and formats to keep Bolas" online presence fresh and engaging will be necessary. Collaboration with PR, retail marketing, and product campaigns to align messaging is also expected. Monitoring performance metrics across Reels, posts, and stories, such as views, reach, saves, shares, and click-through rates, will be essential. Keeping track of community sentiment, trends, and engaging with comments and direct messages will also be part of your daily routine. Providing monthly performance reports and insights to refine our social media strategy will be crucial for success. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Meta tools. Being able to transform mundane briefs into compelling storytelling is a must. Demonstrating a high level of creativity, ownership, and agility in execution is essential. Previous experience working with direct-to-consumer (D2C) or food and beverage (F&B) brands will be considered a bonus. In terms of background, candidates with experience in social media or content marketing will be preferred. Familiarity with creator/influencer marketing and short-form content creation is desirable. A portfolio showcasing past work, including Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and campaign content, will be a plus.,
