As a maintenance supervisor for restaurant operations, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects related to the maintenance and functioning of the restaurant. Your knowledge and expertise will be crucial in ensuring smooth operations and addressing any maintenance issues that may arise. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: - Understanding and maintaining pumps for water pressure - Operating DG sets efficiently - Familiarity with the electrical supply three-phase system - Checking and reporting faults in the AC system - Managing IT systems and switches effectively This is a full-time position with working hours from 12 PM to 12 AM, covering the day shift. The work location will be on-site at the restaurant.
