As a Control Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining equipment to prevent arising problems, rectifying faults, and ensuring the effective functioning of equipment. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting condition monitoring of equipment to identify defects such as breakage and excessive wear & tear. - Planning and executing necessary corrections and corrective actions based on observations during condition monitoring. - Upholding and maintaining food safety and quality systems and associated documentation. - Attending breakdowns, identifying root causes, documenting failures, sharing learnings, and preventing similar failures in the future. - Performing preventive and predictive checks to enhance asset health. - Following up with cross-functional internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of actions. - Identifying spares, segregating them area-wise, coordinating with the store for spare availability, and monitoring spare inventories. - Ensuring that basic tools and machinery are in working order through regular inspections. - Actively participating in VL, Kaizen, MSE pillar programs, and supporting the team in execution. - Referring to electrical and control drawings for MCC/PLC panels, Variable Frequency Drives, SCADA/HMI for hardware and operation. - Tracking your performance against aligned objectives and targets. - Delivering aligned KPIs of the factory and escalating any risks. - Maintaining 100% compliance with all necessary SSW validations and training for day-to-day activities. Responsibilities Develops technical architectures, frameworks and strategies for a major application area, to meet the business and application requirements. Analyses and evaluates alternative technology solutions to meet business problems. Give technical guidance in relation to set-up requirements, configuration and customization of the technical application(s). Act as the highest point of in-house escalation for complex user issue problem diagnosis and resolution. Escalates to and works with vendor technical resources for problems that cannot be resolved in- house. Identifies the policies and requirements that drive out a particular solution. Ensures the integration of all aspects of technology solutions. Monitors industry trends to ensure that solutions fit with companys direction. Responsible for review of Technical Applications software and hardware systems and data requirements as well as communications and response needs. Check and Review application documentation including procedures, process flows and instructions to support technical queries and workflow changes. Provide training, coaching and guidance to less experienced technical applications support staff. Continually Identify, pursue and implement improvements to the way the application(s) is configured and used. Acts as a specialist subject matter expert for a technical application. Specifies data requirements in a datacentric environment. Defines and configures workshare environments. Represent the company at external conferences and user forums and stay abreast of development with application. Generate query forms and reports to communicate data discrepancies, omissions, completion trending and status Qualifications Bachelors or equivalent technical training Relevant experience working in a project execution environment. Able to assess data governance and records retention requirements and translate these into records archive solution Fully conversant with all aspects of application configuration and ongoing project support. Highly skilled in methods for integrating system components, performance tuning tools and techniques, systems diagnostics tools and fault identification techniques. Highly skilled in methods and practices for troubleshooting, recovering, adjusting, modifying and improving IT systems, able to deal with the most complex of issues. You will be responsible for routinely inspecting electrical systems such as wiring, fixtures, and appliances to identify faults or hazards and troubleshoot system failures. Reviewing blueprints will be necessary to understand wiring placement, and testing of electrical systems will be conducted using oscilloscopes, voltmeters, and ohmmeters. You will also be expected to conduct maintenance repairs on old or faulty fixtures, respond to fault requests, and provide suggestions for equipment replacement. Additionally, writing electrical maintenance reports and installing new electrical appliances in the building will be part of your duties. As an electrician, you will perform routine maintenance on electrical systems and equipment, inspect and test electrical components for safety and functionality, and diagnose and repair electrical issues using appropriate tools and techniques. Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams will be essential for installing new electrical systems and components as needed. Ensuring compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes, maintaining accurate records of maintenance and repair work, and collaborating with other technicians and engineers on complex projects are key aspects of this role. Promptly responding to emergency repair requests, following all safety protocols and procedures, and adhering to safety and performance standards will be critical in this position.
