Summary of the Role: As a lead in Green Field/Brownfield project execution within the Electrical domain, you will oversee engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases to ensure successful project delivery and achieve product quality while adhering to key project deliverables. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with all functions from conceptualization to commissioning stages, ensuring project completion surpasses stakeholder expectations and extends support to various systems such as CCTV, Access control, PA System, IT, Fire detection System, AV System, Telephone, UPS-Redundant System, and DG-Sync power System. Cost estimation for project proposals, obtaining statutory approvals, and seeking management approvals will be within your purview. You will be responsible for identifying and selecting contractors, licensors, EPC, PMC consultants in line with the organization's established procedures. Responsibilities: - Lead internal and external multi-disciplinary teams to align stakeholders and meet project goals, deadlines, and schedules for seamless project execution. - Oversee the Statutory Approval of Electrical Items ensuring completion. - Manage selection, design, detail engineering, power study reports, planning, procurement, FAT/SAT, and execution of project activities related to all Electrical functions. - Play a key role in detail engineering work, collaborating with various departments to ensure efficient and timely inputs. - Lead equipment and contractor techno-commercial evaluation, selecting the right suppliers and service providers, and incorporating the latest industry technologies. - Collaborate with the operation team for efficient plant commissioning following Lubrizol standards and industry best practices. - Coordinate with instrumentation teams for field instrumentation and automation systems. - Ensure legal/regulatory compliance and functional requirements are met through efficient planning and management of complex green and brownfield project activities. - Conduct periodic meetings with project team members to identify and resolve issues and define project teams" deliverables. - Implement a robust project review mechanism to ensure project deliverables are met within approved budget, time, and risk levels are escalated as necessary. Education/Certification Requirements: - University Graduate in Electrical Engineering, Certification courses in MS Project/SCADA/PLC Automation will be advantageous. Experience and Skills: - Minimum 12-15 years of experience in Project Execution as Lead Electrical. - On-site field execution experience is essential, with a solid understanding of industry best practices for project engineering. - Excellent interpersonal skills and network within the region, with experience managing large construction manpower and site contractors. - Knowledge of international and national codes, standards, and regulations. - Proficiency in using MS Project/Primavera, 3D modeling tools, Auto-CAD, and preparing various project-related documentation. - Basic knowledge of other disciplines like Civil, Electrical, Instrument Mechanical, and Chemical engineering is beneficial. You will be responsible for performing commissioning and qualification of Pharmaceutical equipment, specifically systems for Oral Solid Dosage, Injectables, and Fill/Finish. This includes a variety of equipments such as RMG, CoMil, Tablet press, Coating Machine, blister packing machine, Vial Filling Line, PFS Line, Isolators (Negative & Positive), RABs (Open and Closed), GL Reactors, Dryer, Nutsche Filters, Centrifuges, Lyophilizers, etc. Your responsibilities will include developing CQMP, VMP, FRA, cGMP review sheet, interdependencies, System boundary, URS, SCA/SLIA, CLIA, DQR, SRA/QRA, SAT protocol, commissioning protocol, IQ protocol, OQ protocol, PQ protocol, process validation, and cleaning validation protocol. You will execute Commissioning, qualification, and validation activities for Pharma Process Equipments for API, Fill/Finish, and OSD. Additionally, you will review, analyze, and interpret system performance data, handle deviations/discrepancies, conduct investigations, CAPA, and ensure promotion of cGMP and regulatory compliance in assigned projects. Furthermore, you will exercise good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions, maintain GDP, ALCOA practices, and have hands-on experience with Pharma Process Equipments. Drafting equipment operation SOPs will also be a part of your role. Qualifications & Other Requirements: - BS/MS in Engineering (Chemical, Pharma). - 4-10 years of experience in validation, quality systems, operations, engineering, or a combination thereof. - Experience in multiple GMP validation disciplines with advanced technical knowledge. - Knowledge of Validation Lifecycle approach, international regulatory requirements, and standards. - Experience with Documentum or Maximo is a plus. - Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent organizational and time utilization skills. - Ability to work independently and within project teams. - Industry experience related to cGMP drug manufacturing, validation, and chemical process design. - Strong computer knowledge including Microsoft Office products.,
