We are looking for a Senior Quality Lead with expertise in Thermal Power Projects to join our team at DRA Infracon Pvt. Ltd. As a Senior Quality Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities at the site level. You will be responsible for finalizing Quality Schemes, preparing Method Statements and Quality Assurance Plans, coordinating FAT and SAT activities, and providing troubleshooting support across project stages. The ideal candidate should have a background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, along with a minimum of 14 years of experience in the Thermal Power sector, including at least 5 years in a lead role. You should have a deep understanding of QA/QC practices, inspection protocols, and regulatory compliance. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage all site-level Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities. - Finalize Quality Schemes in coordination with suppliers and project stakeholders. - Independently prepare, review, and approve Method Statements and Quality Assurance Plans. - Oversee and coordinate FAT and SAT activities. - Provide expert-level troubleshooting support across project stages. - Liaise with Third Party Inspection Agencies, clients, and statutory authorities. - Ensure strict adherence to industry standards and safety regulations.
