About Us Fatsan Media is a performance-driven digital marketing agency helping D2C brands scale profitably through full-funnel Meta campaigns. We’ve worked with 50+ brands—from emerging startups to industry leaders—delivering growth through strategic, data-backed advertising. What You’ll Do Build and scale Facebook ad campaigns for D2C brands Optimize performance using deep data insights Collaborate with creative teams on ad angles and messaging Manage Pixel, Events, Catalogs, and Merchant Center Continuously test and analyze to push performance boundaries What We’re Looking For Experience managing ₹5–10L+ monthly ad spend Proficiency in Facebook Ads (Google Ads is a bonus) Strong analytical skills with creative instincts Solid understanding of full-funnel strategy and attribution Clear communication and accountability Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000/month (performance-based growth potential) Location: Sector 63, Noida — This is an onsite position, no remote work.
